Steady Progress

When I moved into teaching a colleague advised me to share ‘Steady Progress’ on a pupil’s report. That would be my comment on my battle with Neuropathy.

My legs are no longer swollen: they are back to my normal size. The tingling in my calves has almost gone and thanks to the Chiropractor my back is no longer painful. But her regime of ice packs and gentle exercise will continue.

I am staying away from the Gym at Cleethorpes Leisure Centre but I will snatch a few minutes in the Sauna this morning. The redness on my legs has almost gone and I will tread carefully to make sure that I do not overdo the Sauna treatment.

This is no time for complacency: my regime of complementary supplements has to continue. However, it appears that my nerves are no longer being starved of nutriuents and the plaque is being shifted and flushed down the toillet.

Thank goodness I never took those Nerve Blockers and suffered Brain Fog,
