My time in the Pool at Cleethorpes Leisure Centre went well yesterday. I held on tightly to the side as I stretched out my legs. I was very nervous but managed twenty minutes or so in the water.

I’m back for another dip this morning. Then I will chance another couple of short spells in the Sauna.

It’s great to be back at the Leisure Centre and there are a couple of my old mates who I hope to bump into today.

The other great new is both of my hands are improving. That Hand Massager from NEURVIVO is really helping. I can almost make a fist with both hands. If I sleep with my gloves on; waking up unable to straighten my fingers is now a thing of the past!
