Seeing a Chiropractor yesterday paid dividends, It was over ten years since I had been in the company of a chiropractor. I had forgotten how brutal the treatment can seem. But it is question of ‘No Gain Without Pain’. Yesterday was no exception as I lay there and the stiffeness oin my back was addressed.

A couplke of hours later following the application of an ice pack I realised that returning to chiropractic treatment was the right option. Thew pain in my back had eased and even the dicomfort in my legs had eased. I’m back next Monday for another pumelling.
