It took half an hour to straighten the fingers on my left hand this morning. I tried the Golf Ball Trick initially but it didn’t work. However, after aboiut half an hour with my ORTHOBACK masssarger the job was done. What a relief as my fingers straightened out and normality returned.

I will give both hands Infra red treatment shortly with a gadget from KOVARIA. Neuropathy takes no prisoners and I have to be vigilant if I am to keep this dreadful condition at bay.
