I’m following a strict morning regime. If ever I’m going to make any progress with my ongoing medical conditions I need to be resolute.
I begin with a shower, making sure that my towel is a fresh one as I can’t risk passing on any infections. After my shower, I soak my feet in a mixture of white vinegar, baking soda, and mouthwash to try to eradicate fungal nail infection that’s been plaguing me for ages. While I’m soaking my feet, I rub moisturising cream into my legs to prevent any further outbreaks of cellulitis. I’ve decided not to rub any magnesium into my arms today as there is some redness from the yesterday.
Now I need to move on to my hands and use the Kavaria device to give infrared treatment that will increase the blood flow to both hands. Then it’s time to get dressed. I’m going to ensure that my body is warm today to minimize the impact of arthritis. I’m wearing a warm top under my football shirt and long tights under my track suit bottoms.
It’s gloomy and cold outside today so I’ve decided to use a taxi to take me into Grimsby. A long journey in my mobility scooter is not sensible.
I’m hoping that I will return home this afternoon without further pain in my body.
