It is common with Neuropathy to have times when you are wracked with pain. It appears that I have brought such episodes to an end.
My diagnosis of Ideopathic Neurop[athy is questionable. I think my condition is driven by B12 deficiency. Standard blood tests only show that B12 levels in my blood are satisfactory. They do not show my bodies ability to absorb B12.
Yet tests several years ago led to me being diagnosed with B12 deficiency and requiring injections for the rest of my life. Foolishly I stopped going for the injections as they did not fit in with the care arrangements for Maureen.
My GP offered B12 tablets but they would be absorbed long before they enter my bloodstream. A spray applied uinder the tongue from Holland and Barret does the trick as it contains 1200mg of vitamin B12.
I am also using another product from Holland and Barrett Nagic Magnesium Glycinate 600mg..
I’m optimistic that my nerves are now getting the nutrients they need and with a little bit of luck Neuropathy may soon become a thing of the past,
